How to apply
Recruitment takes place during August/September of each academic year. The application consists of questions that allow us to get to know who you are, why you want to join, and what you're passionate about! The application is then followed by a formal interview that will be emailed to you. After that, if you're selected, you're part of the family YAY! If you're finding this website and it's past the application process time, don't worry! We would love for you to apply the following year! We unfortunately do not take rolling applications.

Be sure to use an email that you check regularly so that we can get in touch with you! Along with completing our applications, we have various recruitment events that are not required but beneficial to your application!

Meet us at our banner!: August 21-25 at Rudder Plaza (10am-3pm)
Informational #1: Tuesday, August 29 from 5:30-6:30pm (Rudder Tower 310)
Informational #2: Thursday, August 31 from 7-8pm (MSC 1400)
Shaved Ice w/ Icers (Social Round): Tuesday, September 5 from 6-8pm at Bahama Bucks (201 Holleman Dr E)
Maroon & White Game (Social Round): Friday, September 8 at 7pm (Spirit Ice Arena)
Applications are due at 10pm on Thursday, September 7. If selected, interviews will take place in-person on September 9-10. If you have any conflicts, please let us know ASAP so we can make accommodations for you!
